2. Handling complaints
When a complaint or other concern is received, we review its substance and the relevant facts, coordinate with the departments concerned, and endeavor to resolve the matter appropriately and promptly. Complaints are properly recorded and managed and, where necessary, used to improve business operations and internal controls.
3. External complaint handling and dispute resolution
For complaints and disputes concerning our financial instruments business, clients may use the external organization entrusted by our member associations to provide complaint handling and dispute resolution services.

FINMAC provides consultation on complaints and mediation for disputes concerning financial instruments transactions from a fair and neutral standpoint.
