OUR PURPOSE
Based in Tokyo, PROSIS Group connects Japanese real estate with domestic and international clients through its network in Beijing and Singapore.
From brokerage and asset management to investment advisory and operational support, our companies bring their expertise to acquisition, ownership and disposition. We assess the characteristics and challenges of each property and pursue improvements in income performance and asset value through value enhancement.

We combine in-depth knowledge of the Japanese market with an international network to support cross-border real estate investment. Across acquisition, ownership and disposition, we seek to unlock each asset’s potential and contribute to investor value creation.

Individual legal and tax advice, registration applications, preparation of immigration application documents and authorized immigration application services are provided by Japanese professionals holding the qualifications and authority required for the relevant work.
